Welcome Home:
For this special service, I arrive at your home a set time before you are set to arrive home from the hospital. I tidy up, take care of pets, and prepare a light meal so you and your partner don't have to worry about it. After you arrive home, I help get you settled and assist you in the transition home in any way I can. This is approximately 4 hours of service.

Overnights:
Nighttime can often be difficult for families as they adjust to a newborn and new sleeping patterns. For overnights, I arrive an hour or so before bedtime so we can chat about your needs and expectations for the night. I care for your baby over night so that you can sleep! Overnights are 10 hours of service.

Why hire a postpartum doula?
The postpartum time is one of the sensitive periods in all your parenting journey. There is so much change happening in your life. Sometimes, just having a knowledgeable person, who doesn't pass judgement and offers a listening ear as well as a helping hand is just what you need. Think about having someone to bring you a snack and a glass of water when you're barely able to find time to go to the bathroom. Or know that your baby is in capable, caring hands while you get a solid two hours of sleep. A postpartum doula is that extra set of hands everyone can use and offers the reassurance you need.
