Pregnancy & Birth
I am so excited to now be offering virtual services! While this really became a thing during the pandemic, it has real value beyond. There are many reasons why virtual care may be better suited to your needs. This is your birth, remember! You get to decide what you need and who you want in your space. You are who knows yourself best. Some women are very private and know that another person there will be a hinderance rather than a help. But they still want the support, education, and advocacy a doula provides. As with my in person clients, my hope for all my clients is that when they look back on the birth of their baby that it was incredible! That they felt supported, listened to, and confident in their decisions. I want that day to be amazing no matter what!

Virtual Pregnancy, Birth Planning, & Birth Support--$400

Monthly pregnancy checkins beginning from when you hire me tailored to your needs (minimum of 3) including:
- Birth planning and strategies for working through labor
- Breastfeeding information
- Partner coaching and support
- Meditations and visualizations
Unlimited text/email/phone support throughout the rest of your pregnancy
More frequent contact after 36 weeks until birth
On-call for questions and support throughout labor until after your little one's arrival (non-continuous)
Birth processing session within a month of your birth
The peace of mind that comes from a calm, familiar expert on call all the way through!

Postpartum
Postpartum care is where virtual care really shines! The postpartum time is one of the most sensitive periods in all your parenting journey. There is so much change happening in your life. Sometimes you have all the hands-on support you need. Sometimes you just need someone who understands, listens to you without judgement, and offers information and reassurance. Sometimes your hands on support could use a few reminders of how to help you and not just hold the baby. A virtual postpartum doula might be just what you need.

Virtual Postpartum Care--$600

Your Postpartum Plan booklet to help you start visualizing and communicating with your partner
Postpartum planning session before your little one's arrival
Day after birth check in, the length of this session varies from a few minutes to an hour depending on many factors
3 days home with baby session
1-week old session usually after first pediatrician visit
2-3 shorter sessions for feeding assistance and resources as needed
2-week old session usually after 2nd pediatrician visit
3-6 week old weekly check in sessions
8 week check in session
12 week check in session
Text/email/phone support for questions in between

I wanted to have a vaginal birth after c section and Adina was able to help with asking questions and answer my own questions about he process and such. She was able to soothe my anxiety I had prior to delivery since I was diagnosed with pre eclampsia and then going into delivery she was a calming presence and was able to help me navigate labor with soothing measures...I highly recommend Adina she is an amazing person and is a great person to have through pregnancy with any questions or concerns and then her manner and calming presence in the delivery room is great to have. ~Sarah
