Doulas have long been seen as for families who are planning a natural birth. In reality, doulas have an important role on your birth team no matter how you choose to birth your baby. Every baby, labor, and birthing woman is different and so are their needs. This baby is only born once and you will remember it forever. My hope for all my birth clients is that when they look back on the birth of their baby that it was incredible! That they felt supported, listened to, and confident in their decisions. I want that day to be amazing no matter what!

- Unlimited text/email/phone support throughout the rest of your pregnancy and after your baby arrives
- Assistance with Birth Plan preparation
- Continuous physical and emotional support from arrival until 1-2 hours after your baby's birth
- Clinical Aromatherapy as desired and appropriate
- Breastfeeding information and support
- Photographs during labor, birth, and immediately after if desired and able without compromising your support
- A brief timeline and notes of your birth
- The peace of mind that comes from a calm, familiar presence all the way through
- A back up doula you have the opportunity to meet just in case

Why hire a birth doula?
When a doula is present during and after childbirth, women report greater satisfaction with their birth experience, make more positive assessments of their babies, have fewer cesareans and requests for medical intervention, are able to breastfeed more easily, and have less postpartum depression.

Labor Package A--Our Deluxe Option $1350
This is my most popular package for first time parents, allowing us to discuss the transition to parenthood as well as the birth, this package includes 2 prenatal sessions, my presence in labor from the time you call until 1-2 hours after baby arrives, aromatherapy, 10 hours in home postpartum care, and unlimited phone/email/text support. Clients also receive Your Birth Plan and Your Postpartum Plan: Going Beyond the Birth, a total of 26 pages to walk you through the process of thinking through your birth and bringing your baby home.

I had a wonderful experience with Adina as our doula. She was a calm, steady and attentive presence in my labor and delivery. She intuited how to gently distract me when I needed it, and I think her presence was a big piece of what allowed me to give birth without medication.
